VMM other initiatives
On 28th April 2010 in “36th Krishna District Industrial and Agricultural Exhibition” VMM kept a stall that is one on Eye donation and Blood donation and another one on VMM activities for women and children in vulnerability. The stall inaugurated by Mr. K. Ajay Kumar, IRS, Commissioner of Income Tax, Vijayawada and HIV/AIDS awareness staff by Mr. A. V. Krishnam Raju, M.D., Vice Chancellor, Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
On 13 to 15 April 2010, Mrs. Keerthi, Technical Support manager VMM participated in Executive Training programme (EDP) organized by Pepal , UK with INSEAD Business School at Fontainebleau near Paris.
VISITORS
On 1st April 2010 Mr. Shantamay Chatterjee, Sector Specialist mainstreaming Cell of National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO), visited NACO/UNDP supported HIV/AIDS stigma and Discrimination Reduction programme.
On 27th to 29th April 2010 Ms. Mini Sekharan from India HIV/AIDS Alliance visited VMM and provided technical support on Accreditation.
