VMM employs qualified and efficient Finance Mangers and senior staff holds a variety of post-graduate academic and managerial qualifications ranging from human rights, NGO management, health communications, social work, sociology, psychology and medical and have strong teams to handle community based programmes and research projects. VMM works with 182 paid staff full time besides part time and in addition to 15 honorary advisors.
